How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. As all items are made to order, we really appreciate your patience and understanding. If you would like to rush your order, please email us at contact@turnonthebloom.com so that we can discuss timelines and shipping options. 

What if I included the wrong shipping address?

If you've included the wrong shipping address, please contact us ASAP. We will be glad to cancel the order and you can re-order the item with the correct shipping address. However, we cannot be responsible for undelivered items if package has already been shipped out.

Which shipping carrier do you use to ship out bookmarks?

We use USPS First Class Mail to keep shipping affordable for all our customers. However, feel free to upgrade to USPS Priority mail at checkout if you would like receive your items faster.

My bookmarks don't look exactly the same as shown in the pictures.

As everything is handmade and we are working with natural products, please be aware that there will be minor differences in color and aesthetics. We really appreciate your understanding; however, if you are still unhappy with your items, please feel free to take a photo of it, reach out via message and we'll be glad to work something out for you.

I would like a specific type of pressed flower to be included in my bookmark, is this possible?

As of now, we don't offer the option for specific pressed flowers to be included in the bookmarks. However, please feel free to leave your flower color preferences in the "personalization box" found in our listings, and we'll do our best to match them. Please understand that we are working with natural products, so our pressed flower stocks will vary according to seasons. 

I'm interested in a large order of bookmarks for my event. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We offer bulk order discounts for orders of more than 20 bookmarks. Please email us at contact@turnonthebloom.com for discount rates and shipping timelines. There is no commitment to ordering until the order has been placed, so please don't hesitate to reach out! 

My items arrive damaged, what should I do?

If your items arrive damaged, please keep all items in original packaging, take a photo and contact us. We will assess the damage and be glad to work out a satisfactory resolution for you.
